1. How will my application be processed?

An APC-2-01 Permit Application General Information form must be completed and signed.

Notification of Compliance Status for Gasoline Dispensing Facilities-Stage I Vapor Recovery form must be completed and signed. This will assist in determining whether or not the gasoline facility is required to be permitted or not.

When all applicable requirements are satisfied and fees paid an operating permit will be issued.

2. What are my responsibilities after the permit is issued?

The operator is responsible for compliance with all rules and regulations governing the Stage I Vapor Recovery gasoline dispensing facility.

3. What fees are required for a Stage I Vapor Recovery Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (Gas Stations) Permit?

Annual Permit / Permit Application Fee - $65

Name Change - $130

Ownership / Name Change - $130 + Annual Permit Fee ($65) = $195

Modification Fee - $130

New Construction Fee - $265 + Annual Permit Fee ($65) = $330

The station owner or operator must apply for and receive an operating permit no later than Ninety (90) days after initial start-up. 

If your station is subject to permitting and the Compliance Status form along with the Application form has not been received, the Department may consider enforcement action for operating without a permit.
