    Are you pre-diabetic? Do you worry about developing diabetes? There is a free, evidence-based program that is proven to help prevent the development of Type2 diabetes through healthy lifestyle changes. Come to an informational session on Monday, August 16, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Conference Room. This program is also open to the general public, so feel free to share the flyer with friends, family members, and church groups. The project is funded under a grant contract with the Tennessee Department of Health, and SCHD's Geretta Hollins is the trained facilitator. Questions?
