Shelby County Health Department is teaming up with Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, Memphis-Shelby County Schools, UT Health Science Center, Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church, ShotRx, and MATA to provide children's vaccinations required for school entry at a number of events during summer 2023. These vaccines are provided at no cost to children aged 18 and younger.
Vaccinations and shot records will be provided on a walk-in basis. Parents should bring their child's shot records with them, if possible.
Free COVID-19 vaccines for children and adults are also available at these events. Children age 5 to 11 are eligible to receive the COVID-19 pediatric vaccine (Pfizer). Parents, eligible siblings, and other family members may receive COVID-19 vaccines and booster doses. Please bring CDC COVID-19 card, if possible.
